Natural beauty of the budget in 1 is Beyond Beauty from within and Food and Fun

Women’s right to listen,  If there is nothing that most women have in common is the following:
1) We do our best – for ourselves, our colleagues, because
2) We’re suckers for a clever marketing / advertising campaign
3) is too busy to take care of and concern for others to treat us properly
Now I do not know anything about the rest of the YA’LL know but can not afford all the garbage that is known today as the next beauty “miracle” treatment and do not have time to apply / use them. And where is the sense in all this? And everyone knows what I recommend here that I started and was able to continue. I’m as bad as the next job / Busy Mom – I’m doing and doing and doing and go to bed not remembering all – and rarely do it alone makes the “do-list.

 

 

Let’s go step by step. Ok, let’s start with the basics – health and nutrition!
1) Water – Well, this is simple – drink plenty of it. This is a challenge for me, because I’d rather drink a cup of strong coffee! But my goal every day to drink a minimum of four 16 oz bottles of water.
2) What can be ridiculous, but it is not. Laughing. Laughter is the best medicine, right? 3) Have breakfast. Well, I hate breakfast – I never am hungry and if I have a great breakfast with nausea. But if you eat nothing, I will end coffee hours, only then binge like a hungry, eat a man with anger. The way we solve it? Safe buy generic (chocolate, of course) and a drink in the morning. It gives me something important and gives me a little protein. I’ve actually lost weight, but no other part of my lifestyle.

 

 

4) Eat fruits and vegetables in bright colors. Snacks substitute for French fries served with crackers or an apple, fresh broccoli with olive oil and lemon, spinach salad, etc. You get the idea.

 
5) Reduce intake of anything high in saturated fats (fried foods!) And refined starches and eat more fish (especially salmon in Alaska), turkey and chicken. The diet is linked to acne – no matter, can say what the “experts”.

 
6) Take your vitamins. Of course you could make a list of 3 km along the so-called ‘astounding’ additions to do, is not it? Well, I have three goals with my additions: 1) good general health heart 2) health (cardiovascular disease in the family) and 3) the beauty.

 

 

This is what I did:
1) Strong multi-vitamin will help you get all the nutrients, vitamins and minerals. Although, remember, the best way to get what your body needs to eat well!

4) fish oil – 2000 mg per day – good for the heart and smooth the skin and excellent source of omega-3
5) Flax Oil – 1000 mg per day
6) Vitamin B Complex – More than 60 different enzymes in the body needs vitamin B6 to function properly. In addition, vitamin B12, B to her cousin for help with the correct entry in our body.
